Treasurer Office

The Village Treasurer is a position appointed by the Village Council and is subject to the direction of the Council. It is an unpaid position.

The primary responsibility of the Treasurer is the daily management of the Village’s investments other than pension assets. The Treasurer submits a monthly investment status report to the Village Council and a summary of the investments maintained in each financial institution.

The current Village Treasurer is Village resident Tom Morrow and Lew Eads serves as Deputy Treasurer in the absence of the Treasurer. Mr. Morrow has served as Village Treasurer since September 2005.
