CHAPTER 290 District Court

EDITOR'S NOTE: Violations of Village law are prosecuted in the 46th District Court. Equitable remedies are pursued in courts of competent jurisdiction. There are no sections in Chapter 290. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
