Building Department
The Village of Franklin has a part-time Building
Official who is responsible for issuing building
permits, inspections and enforcing the building, zoning,
Code of Ordinances and historic district requirements.
In addition to the Building Official, the Village has
part-time electrical, plumbing and mechanical
inspectors. Inquiries or questions for any of the
Inspectors can be left at the Village Offices with the
Administrative Clerk.
